Visitors' harbours

The canal charges include free use of the 15 visitors' harbours on the Göta Canal for up to five days. The harbours are located at Mem, Söderköping, Berg, Motala, Karlsborg, Töreboda and Sjötorp Upper and Lower Lock.

Environmental information
In accordance with Göta Canals environmetal program, there are now eight stations with facilities for epmtying septic tanks: Mem, Söderköping, Berg, Motala, Karlsborg, Töreboda samt i Sjötorps övre och nedre gästhamn.
